Friday 26 June: We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to another Croeso Cynnes session this Friday at Laugharne Memorial Hall. As always, there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy good company, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and a freshly prepared lunch. Whether you are a regular visitor or have never joined us before, you can be sure of a warm welcome.

This month's session will include Dementia Friends awareness training, kindly led by Ruth Glover, with support from Glyn, who will share some of his experiences and practical advice gained during his years with the ambulance service. We are also pleased to be welcoming representatives from local organisations and businesses who are interested in learning more about becoming dementia-friendly.

Croeso Cynnes is open to everyone. Why not come along, meet old friends, make new ones, and enjoy good food and good conversation in a relaxed and welcoming environment? We look forward to seeing you on Friday.
