Our next event

Our next event takes place on Friday 23 May from 11 am to 2pm. As well as the usual teas and coffees, games and chat and delicious two-course meal, there will be a talk from the charity Fisherman’s Rest (www.fromwales.com) about their projects in Malawi.  Fisherman’s Rest has been working in Malawi for the past 25 years. The projects they support are run with a Christian ethos; however, they are all-inclusive, no matter the faith, culture, colour or beliefs of individuals or communities. Their work includes building and maintaining water sources, planting trees, educating communities and providing free school meals, to name just a few.

Friday 13 June Croeso Cynnes #1: A simple craft activity to promote good mental health and well-being, hopefully led by Adferiad West Wales, a local organisation supporting carers in Carmarthenshire.
